Villa in Cap D'Agde

It has been a good two weeks for property. The quantity has been low but I've taken on a few gems. Today I was instructed to sell a really good villa in the prestigious "Mareval" quarter of Cap D'Agde.

You might think that Cap D'Agde is all about squashed apartments with small balconies but believe me there is much more to it.

Tucked away on the side of a hill is a pretty, tree lined residential quarter made up of smart villas with swimming pools.

Cap D'Agde has been around since the late 60's/early 70's (I can't remember exactly) and so this residential area is now thick with mature pine and palm trees giving it a really lovely feel.

The villa itself is rather 70's in it's decor but it's a good size, has a lovely garden and pool and most importantly is in the right part of town. The price is realistic too.

Looks like I was right when I said that this house in Usclas D'Herault was the best value house in the Herault.

No sooner had I written my post and mailed out the details I get a call from the vendor telling me he's just received an offer!

They are waiting for the buyer to confirm their financial situation before accepting so there's still everything to play for.
